Newest Sandals Excursion at Sandals Ochi Beach Resort and Sandals Royal Plantation
Sandals has now partnered with SNUBA® to add another exciting water sport for couples to enjoy at Sandals Resorts. They are rolling it out at Sandals Ochi Beach Resort and Sandals Royal Plantation. If it’s popular, they’ll be introducing SNUBA at their other Sandals and Beaches resorts.
If you’ve ever wanted to experience the wonders of breathing underwater, here’s your chance to do it, while you’re staying at a worry free, all-inclusive Sandals Resort. On this unique Jamaica excursion, you’ll swim in from 0-20 feet underwater, whatever you’re comfortable with, using a patented shallow water diving system. This is a cross between snorkeling and scuba diving. It’s a great introduction to scuba diving, so you can kind of test it out. It will also be available to children ages eight and up, once the company implements it at their Beaches resorts for families. The cost is $59 per person and you’ll get an introductory orientation course to familiarize yourself with the extraordinary process of breathing underwater. You’ll be thoroughly supervised and learn how to operate the simple-to-use regulator while your air supply floats on a raft at the surface. The SNUBA Experience can be customized for any comfort level and you’ll always be under the direct supervision of an experienced and certified SNUBA guide.
If you like this, you may want to try SCUBA. If you’re considering that, make sure you do the SNUBA at the beginning of your stay and schedule your SCUBA course right away, of you like it.
