Hidden away at the top of these cruise ships are expansive suites large enough for up to eight guests. The Haven guests receive priority reservations at all of the ship’s specialty dining venues. Along with the Specialty Dining Package, your butler can serve your dinner in the privacy of your own suite.
The Haven Room Options
The largest of The Haven suites are the 3,355 square foot The Haven Garden Villas found on the Jewel class ships; Norwegian Gem, Norwegian Jade, Norwegian Jewel and Norwegian Pearl. This includes 2,320 square feet of indoor space and 1,035 square feet of outdoor space. Of course, they come with a private dining room and living room. A great way to enjoy a cruise in private! Grand player pianos provide private entertainment at will. The three bedroom The Haven Garden Villas sleep up to six, each with their own private bedroom, bath and shower. The master bedroom has a large, whirlpool tub and separate shower. Off the master bedroom and living room is an outdoor deck with a private jacuzzi and expansive space for your small group to relax together. Separate, private balconies are off the second and third bedrooms. A stairway from the outdoor deck leads up to a private sun deck. A special touch only for The Haven Garden Villas is private limo service from the pier to the airport on disembarkation.
The smallest of The Haven suites are the 322 square foot The Haven Spa Suites and 322 square foot The Haven Courtyard Penthouses found on the Norwegian Epic. They can both sleep up to four people, however the space is meant for a cozy two. This includes 238 square feet of indoor space and 84 square feet of outdoor space. Even though smaller than most of The Haven accommodations, they still include all of the special perks found in other The Haven suites, minus the private limo service from the pier to the airport offered in The Haven Garden Villas.
My favorite of The Haven accommodations meant for two people are the Haven Deluxe Owners Suites, found on all of The Haven by Norwegian Cruise Line ships, except for the Norwegian Epic and Norwegian Jewel. The largest in the fleet are found on the Norwegian Bliss and the Norwegian Encore; with a total of 1,458 square feet, which includes 971 square feet of indoor space and 487 square feet of outdoor space. There is a separate living/dining room with floor to ceiling windows, leading out to a large, wraparound sun deck, one and a half baths and a bedroom with king-sized bed and floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom has an oversized tub, dual sinks and a separate water closet. Guests will love the large walk-in closet with dressing area. This will truly feel like a home away from home.
